Salzenith.com is an information and enquiry site for trade buyers. These terms cover using the site and making an enquiry. They do not replace the written terms agreed for any individual order.

Website terms, then order terms
Keep the two apart. This page governs the website and the enquiry. An order is governed by the written quotation or order confirmation agreed for that order — specification, packaging, documentation, trade term and payment term included.

Using the site's content
Site content — product descriptions, grade and mesh information, process descriptions, photographs and guides — is provided to help trade buyers evaluate Salzenith and prepare an enquiry. It is general information about the range, not a specification for any particular batch.
You may read, save and share pages of this site in the ordinary course of evaluating a supplier, with credit to Salzenith. You may not present Salzenith content, photographs or product descriptions as your own, or use them to imply an endorsement or a supply relationship that has not been agreed in writing.
We aim to keep the site accurate, but specifications, grades, packaging options and documentation practice can change as products and markets evolve. Where a page and your written quotation differ, the written quotation governs.
No checkout
No checkout, no payment on this site
There is no checkout and no payment processing on salzenith.com, and no user account is needed to enquire. The quote form opens your own email app with your answers pre-filled, addressed to info@salzenith.com — no server receives form data. Quotations, order confirmations and payments are handled by email and through the agreed payment route for the order, never through this website.
Quotations
Quotations are not binding until confirmed
An enquiry is not an order. Sending an enquiry, receiving a reply, or receiving a sample does not create an order or reserve stock.
A quotation is not binding until confirmed in writing. Prices, quantities, packaging, documentation, trade terms and payment terms stated in a quotation become binding only when confirmed in the written quotation or order confirmation for that order.
No prices, minimum quantities or lead times are promised on this site. Where a page says a figure is “confirmed at quotation”, that is the whole position: the figure is set for your order in writing, not guessed here.
Specifications
Specifications and the batch COA govern
Every batch is tested and ships with a Certificate of Analysis, and third-party inspection (SGS/BV) is supported. For your shipment, the agreed specification and the batch COA govern — not a general grade name, a photograph, or a sample from another batch. If you need a particular purity, particle size, moisture limit or contaminant limit, put it in the written specification before production so it can be tested against.
Sampling
Sampling terms
Samples are representative of a grade, not a guarantee of a future batch. A sample lets you approve the grade, colour, grain and pack. The batch COA still governs the shipment itself.
Sampling itself is free and fast, as stated on this site. Freight and any duties on a sample are confirmed at quotation — free international freight is not promised.
Sample format is confirmed at request. No sample size or weight is promised on this site; the format for your sample is agreed when you request it.
Intellectual property
Brand, logo and content
The Salzenith name, logo and site content belong to Salzenith. Private-label work is the exception, and it is agreed in writing: under a private-label or OEM arrangement, your approved brand identity, packaging artwork and labelling are yours, and production is carried out to your approved specification. Nothing on this site transfers any right in the Salzenith brand to a visitor or buyer.
Liability
Liability limited to website information
Liability under this page is limited to the website information itself: Salzenith is responsible for taking reasonable care that the information on this site is accurate as general information, and for correcting it when an error is pointed out. This page does not set liability, warranty or remedy terms for a shipment — those belong in the written quotation or order confirmation for that order.
No governing law or jurisdiction is stated on this page. Contract terms for an order are agreed in the written quotation or order confirmation, and governing terms are an open item to confirm at that stage. Nothing here should be read as choosing a governing law for your order.
