Our process

Consistency isn't luck. It's procedure.

Anyone can promise quality. We built an eleven-step pipeline that makes quality the default outcome — then we prove it with batch testing and documentation on every single order.

01

Inquiry and samples

You tell us the grade, grain size and packaging. We send free samples for your approval — nothing moves until you sign off on quality.

02

Extraction

Raw pink rock salt sourced from Pakistan's Salt Range deposits, selected for colour and purity.

03

Raw material receipt and inspection

Every incoming lot is inspected and logged before it touches the production line. Bad raw material never becomes a bad shipment.

04

Categorization — sorting and grading

Salt is sorted and graded by colour, clarity and quality tier — the foundation of our consistency promise.

05

Cleaning

Thorough cleaning removes dust and impurities while preserving the salt's natural mineral character.

06

Crushing

Controlled crushing to your exact mesh or millimetre specification — from 80-mesh powder to 8 cm chunks.

07

Quality testing and verification

Every batch is tested for purity, moisture and particle size. A Certificate of Analysis ships with your order.

08

Packaging in food-safe materials

Packed in food-safe, moisture-resistant materials — 25 kg PP bags with PE liner for bulk, custom retail formats for brands.

09

Labeling and batch coding

Full batch traceability on every pack: grade, size, date and batch code. What you approved is what arrives.

10

Documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and COA — export paperwork handled completely.

11

Storage and export dispatch

Dry, hygienic storage and coordinated dispatch through major shipping lines to your port, on schedule.
