Certificates & compliance

Claimed only where held. Verified where it counts.

Certificates are how a buyer checks a supplier without flying to Pakistan. This page separates what Salzenith holds today from what is available on request or still in progress — including one item, FDA compliance, that is awaited and is labelled as such, not dressed up as held.

The buyer's problem

Your retailer will ask. Your customs broker will ask. Your QA team will ask.

A certificate list is not decoration — it is the paperwork that lets your product clear a border, enter a retail chain and survive a customer audit. The expensive failure is discovering at the port, or at your retailer's onboarding, that a required credential was assumed rather than confirmed. This page is built to prevent that: every item is marked Held, Available on request / in progress, or Awaited, and nothing carries a number, expiry date or scan we cannot substantiate.

Held today

Certificates we hold.

Eight registrations and certifications held by Salzenith. Each row says what it means for you as a buyer — not just its name.

CertificateStatus
NTN (National Tax Number) Held

No certificate numbers, expiry dates or audit dates are published here — those details are shared with buyers directly, on request, so they are always current.

Available on request / in progress

Optional & in-progress credentials.

Honest scope note

What certificates do not prove

A certificate proves that a system, a registration or a product category was assessed at a point in time. It does not prove that the specific container arriving at your port meets your specification. That proof comes from the batch itself: its certificate of analysis, its batch coding, and — where you want the strongest assurance — an independent inspection before dispatch. Any supplier who sells you a certificate list as a guarantee of a single shipment is overselling.

The same honesty applies in reverse: a credential listed as “available on request / in progress” is not a held credential, and an awaited one is not a held one. Ask us to confirm the status of any item in writing at quotation, and judge us on the answer.

Verification

How buyers verify us.

Ask for copies

Certificate copies are provided on request, by email, for the items your market requires. We do not claim scans are downloadable from this site — they are shared directly so you always receive the current version.

Check the batch COA

Every shipment carries a batch-specific certificate of analysis. Match it to your agreed specification — NaCl, moisture, insolubles, particle size and contaminant limits — before you accept the goods.

Inspect before dispatch

Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas (BV) or your nominated agency is supported. An inspector at our facility, before the container seals, is the strongest single check available to you.

Third-party inspection

SGS / BV inspection supported — on your terms.

If your QA process requires an independent inspector, say so at quotation and we will coordinate access for SGS, Bureau Veritas or the agency you nominate. Inspection slots and production runs are scheduled in order, so raising inspection early in the conversation avoids delay later. Inspection fees and scope are confirmed at quotation.

Questions buyers ask

Certificates FAQs

Yes — copies are provided on request. Ask by email or through the quote form and tell us which certificates your market requires, and we will supply the relevant copies. We do not claim that certificate scans are downloadable from this website, because they are not; they are shared directly with serious buyers on request.
