Salzenith (brand of MAS Mubarak Foods Pvt Ltd, Pakistan) is a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturer and exporter. Because our goods are produced to order — often to buyer-specific grades, sizes, packaging, or branding — this policy differs deliberately from retail return policies. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Export Policy.

1. No retail-style returns

Bulk, custom-produced, and private-label/OEM goods are not returnable for reasons such as change of mind, over-ordering, or market changes. Each production run is made to the Buyer’s confirmed specification, and such goods cannot be resold as standard stock.

2. Samples

Samples are provided free of charge for evaluation purposes and are not returnable and not refundable. A sample represents typical production; the written specification agreed for bulk goods governs acceptance (see Terms & Conditions, section 3).

3. Custom and private-label goods

Goods manufactured to the Buyer’s specification or carrying the Buyer’s branding are final sale, except where a proven quality defect is established through the claims process below.

4. Quality claims — how to report

If you believe delivered goods do not match the agreed specification:

4.1. Notify us within 14 days of delivery, by email to info@salzenith.com, including: order/proforma reference, batch or lot numbers from the packaging, the batch COA, photographs or video clearly showing the issue, and a description of how the goods deviate from the agreed specification.

4.2. Preserve the goods in their delivered condition and do not use, repackage, or dispose of them until the claim is resolved. Claims on goods that have been consumed, altered, or stored improperly after delivery cannot be accepted.

4.3. We will investigate against the retained batch records and COA. Where the facts are disputed, an independent third-party inspection (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas) may be arranged; cost allocation for such inspection is as agreed between the parties; unless agreed otherwise, it is borne by the Buyer.

4.4. For edible salt, please note the honest technical realities stated in our product information: pink salt is a natural product with minor shade/texture variation, and it is hygroscopic — moisture uptake from improper storage after delivery is not a manufacturing defect.

5. Remediation

Where a quality defect against the agreed specification is established, Salzenith will, at its discretion, offer one or more of the following:

Remediation is limited to the value of the defective quantity. We do not cover the Buyer’s onward costs (repackaging, local transport, lost margin) unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Refunds

Refunds apply only in these cases:

Once production or custom packaging has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and the advance is non-refundable, except under section 5 where a quality defect is established.

7. Shipping and logistics issues

Delays from port congestion, vessel rescheduling, customs or ANF inspection, or other transit events are governed by the agreed Incoterm (risk transfer point) and do not in themselves qualify as quality claims or grounds for refund. We keep buyers informed of material schedule changes as they arise.

8. How to file a claim

Email info@salzenith.com with the subject line “Quality Claim — [your order/proforma reference]”, including everything listed in section 4.1. We aim to acknowledge claims promptly and resolve them fairly on the evidence.
